Winston James Thomas II

Chef Winston J. Thomas initiated his career in the culinary arts at the tender age of 12 when he took charge of his family's nutritional needs in the midst of his parents' divorce. Since then, his love for creating healthy meals for the pleasure of others and himself grew and influenced his culinary choices. Mixing his roots of Jamaican and Panamanian ancestry, he has created a unique menu variety.

After graduating from high school in Brooklyn, he ventured to upstate Herkimer College, SUNY, to major in Business Administration.  In this pursuit, he went on to the New York Restaurant School to obtain his culinary arts degree.

Winston has worked in the higher education dining services industry, but started his own catering business to share his passion and culinary skills for special events and more.

Winston is a loving husband, and father to three wonderful children who give him inspiration to succeed.
